At Flail & Finish, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Once an order is placed, we aim to dispatch your machine within a 2 to 3 working day service. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address immediately after purchase. Following this, a separate email will be sent to you the next working day containing your tracking number along with the relevant website link for tracking your order.

Please note that for remote areas within the UK, such as the Scottish Highlands, delivery times may take up to 5 working days. On the day of delivery, someone must be available at the designated delivery address between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If a delivery is missed and requires re-delivery, a surcharge of £25 + VAT will apply.

Flail & Finish does not accept liability for any loss of earnings or other losses incurred due to machinery being out of service or undergoing repairs.
